District 4 material missing, local computer crash. We were
on close watch in August as Toledo shut down its water supply because of an
algae plume. ARES staff was in frequent contact with EMA Directors in several
affected counties. We were literally one step away from mass activation for
water distribution. This is a busy month for public service events across the
state. It was also a month packed with equipment maintenance and training in
concert with local EMA programs.
